My path to One Block Away started with a simple frustration: agencies too often make clients dependent on them.
I spent 15 years in customer experience, from NYC advertising to UX research and design, learning how to connect business goals with what customers actually need. I also saw how often agencies keep the work harder to understand than it needs to be.
When I moved deeper into AI implementation and the RTP area, I wanted to build something more useful for small businesses. Design, strategy, AI, whatever helps first. I teach as we build, you own the work, and the goal is for you to keep moving without me in the middle of everything.
